He Majored in Strategic Management, Management theory and practice, Organizational Behavior and Business Improvement Methodology. Peter has more than 20 years of Management experience which includes both manufacturing and service industries. In the last 15 years he has worked in the extremely demanding automotive sector, Logistics, Quality, Environment, and Production Management.

With over 15 years experience in IT product development, consulting, customer support, and management, Ghilan has applied his business and technical expertise to companies in industries ranging from financial services to manufacturing, telecommunications, health, and retail. His success in leading development teams, managing product releases, and directing clients system implementations demonstrates the extent of his experience with large and complex software applications.
Shatha S. Hajjat
Chief Operating Officer
Shatha is the Chief Operating Officer at Micro Smart Systems. Prior to joining Micro Smart System she has worked at Al Ghurair Group. Shatha has talent in HR management , HR-IT consultancy or Business management in a well-reputed enterprise where her skills, credential, abilities and expertise in the HR field necessary to ensure the workforce’s ability to achieve the organization’s goals and objectives.
Shatha has a PHD. In Human resources from AUL, London UK, and an M.B.A. - Distinction Degree from Murdoch University, Perth Australia and Bachelor degree in Computer Science Software Eng.
Adnan Hirmiz
Chief Financial Officer
Adana Hirmiz, a finance professional with over 15 years of diversified experience with large local and international businesses within the Investments, Advisory, Finance and Private Equity fields, is the Chief Financial Officer of Micro Smart System.
Mr. Hirmiz holds a Bachelorís Degree "B. Bus. (Acc), MIPA" and he is a member of the Australian Institute of Certified Public Accountants, registered Tax Agent and ASIC agent.

Sales & Business Development Director
Michelle has extensive experience in Sales and Marketing and has a background in Design and Web technology, which includes Web development, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Video to Web, Multimedia solutions and Web marketing. In the last 12 years Michelle has been working in Business's to significantly improve their performance and profitability. Michelle brings with her a vast experience in business improvement methodology.

David is responsible for our technical research and development team and identifying new technologies. David holds an M.B.A. and Bachelor degree in Computer Science Software Eng. Over 10 years worth of Software Programming Specialization including, business critical application, Java programming, ColdFusion, C++, and Software analysis. David is vastly experienced in most if not all IT related issues.

Competency Development Manager
Peggy is a senior Human Resources consultant who has been professionally involved in the field of Human Resources for over 17 years. Her experience spans from development of competency frameworks to identification of training needs analysis and assessments. Peggy's education spans a variety of tertiary institutions including, Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) University and Australian Institute of Human Resources in the fields of Human Resources. Peggy has worked with some of Australia's more progressive businesses including Country Fire Authority, Environment Protection Authority and Department of Planning and Heritage.
